Thomas Gorria, our young high-mountain guide from the ESI-7Laux school, will be your guide for this outing. With his extensive climbing experience and passion for the Belledonne mountain range, he will guide you on the area’s icefalls with professionalism, kindness, and enjoyment!

Schedules and prices
Private outing
- €300 – half day
- €490 – full day
Price for a group of 2 people. Then +€10 per additional person.
Group outing
- €100 – half day
Price per person. The outing can take place with a minimum of 3 people.
- Maximum 6 people per guide.

Equipment
Ice climbing is generally possible between mid-December and mid-February. Conditions can vary considerably from one week to the next, so we recommend contacting us to discuss current conditions.
What is included
- Ice climbing equipment: rope, ice axes, crampons, harness, etc.
- Safety equipment: backpack, avalanche transceiver (DVA), shovel, probe. Bring your own equipment if you have it!
- Climbing helmet: bring your own if you have one.
What you need to bring
- Approach equipment: touring skis or snowshoes with poles, depending on conditions.
- Ice climbing boots: ask Thomas for rental shop recommendations (around €10).
- Water bottle and a small snack.
- Packed lunch if you are going on a full-day outing.
- Warm clothing suitable for the season!!!
- Tea or a thermos for a nice hot drink during the outing!
